Mission and Vision
Welcome to No Longer Silent. Established by survivors for survivors, our nonprofit organization is here to empower individuals who have encountered trauma. We offer a safe and supportive space for sharing experiences, complemented by a range of grounding resources and trauma-informed peer support. Our mission is to enhance awareness of the extensive impact of trauma on individuals and communities while promoting healing and resilience through holistic approaches such as somatic strategies, mindfulness, and both one-on-one and group sessions. Together we can journey toward toward self-healing and personal growth.
